The Sprouts Preschool calendar aligns with the Champaign Unit 4 school district calendar, with Fall Semester from August - December and Spring Semester from January - May. The calendar also includes a fall, winter, and spring break.  

At Sprouts, Morning Preschool begins at 8:00 am and ends at 11:00 am. 

Morning preschool is open to all children ages 2 – 4 years on August 10th. Children that will be turning 5 during this school year should consider our Afternoon Preschool option.

Sprouts doesn’t offer part-week full-day options at this time. 

Full-Day Preschool Schedule

Monday - Friday (5 days/week)

8:00 - 8:30 : arrival

8:00 - 9:30 : free play

9:30 - 10:00 : snacks & stories

10:00 - 11:00 : free play

11:00 - 11:30 : lunch

11:30 - 12:30 : rest time

12:30 - 2:00 : free play

2:00 - 2:30 : snacks & stories

2:30 - 3:30 : free play

3:15 - 3:30 : dismissal

Full-day preschoolers participate in morning and afternoon snack, lunch, and rest time. All food is provided by Sprouts. 

All full-time preschoolers will have a rest time of 60 minutes on an individual cot. Children that regularly stay awake through rest time may read books. 

Any full-day kids still sleeping at 12:30 are allowed to continue sleeping until they wake up, or at the latest 2:30 pm. 

Full-day preschoolers also participate in our local nature-based stories, discussions, art, and projects. 

Sprouts tuition aligns with other high-quality preschools in the area.

Tuition is split into 10 equal monthly payments July – April and paid through our online billing system.

Tuition includes diapers, wipes, snacks and lunch.
